Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Eternal Morphs Publisher (the service) is provided by Eternal Morphs, a business run by Matt Miller (I, me). These terms are the agreement between you and me for using the service. Using the service means you accept them.

What the service does

It publishes posts, meaning text, images and video, to social media accounts that you have connected and authorised. It acts only when you instruct it, and only on accounts whose owner has granted it access through the platform's own login screen.

Platform terms also apply

Publishing through the service does not exempt you from the terms of the platform being published to. When you publish through Eternal Morphs Publisher you are also bound by:

Beta and availability

The service is in beta and provided free of charge during that period. I aim to keep it running around the clock, but there is no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement, and a scheduled post may publish a little later than the minute you chose. If a post has to land at an exact time, check that it did.

Fees

There are none during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told by email before anything changes, and you will not be charged without agreeing to a plan first.

Ending the agreement

You can disconnect an account at any time, from within the service or from the platform's own settings, and you can ask me to close your account whenever you like. I may suspend or close an account that is used in a way that breaks these terms or a platform's rules, and I will tell you why.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Social platforms change their APIs regularly and without notice; a change on their side can stop publishing from working, and that is outside my control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eternal Morphs and Matt Miller are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including posts that fail to publish, publish late, or publish with unintended content, and including any action a platform takes against an account.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and anyone with an account is told by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
