Support
Email [email protected]. I read every message and reply myself.
Include the username you sign in with and, if a post is involved, roughly when it was meant to go out. Never send your password or your authenticator code; I will never ask for either.
Common questions
A post did not go out
Open the post in the composer. Its result line shows what each platform said. Most failures are a platform refusing the media (too long, wrong ratio, too large) or a connection that was revoked on the platform's side. Reconnect the account and publish again. If the result line is empty or makes no sense, email me the post's time and the accounts it was for.
Disconnecting an account
Accounts panel, then Remove next to the account. Its stored token is deleted the moment you confirm. You can also revoke from the platform: TikTok under Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions, Google under your account's third-party access, Meta under Business Integrations.
Changing your password or authenticator
Password: from the account menu inside the composer. Authenticator: email me and I will reset it after confirming it is you, because there is no self-service reset for the second factor on purpose.
Deleting your data
Remove your connected accounts to delete their tokens immediately, then email me to have your account and post history removed. The privacy policy lists exactly what is held and the deletion timeline.
Where the data lives
On servers I operate, hosted in Germany. Tokens are stored encrypted. No analytics service, no advertising, no third parties.
Something else
Email is still the answer. If you are not a user yet and have a question before requesting access, the same address works.
